- Use labeled recording data from AI research to track changes in observation quality
- Trigger observations programmatically
- Build effective scanner creation flows
🌍 Goal 2: Replay Vision everywhere, but better
- Find where and how Replay Vision can help users get more out of PostHog
- New scanner types: funnel scanner and experiment scanner
- Help users track Replay Vision observations in Analytics
🔗 Goal 3: Vastly improve the integration between Session Replay and Replay Vision
- Let the two products feed into each other to unlock revenue growth
- Show demo observations to Session Replay users
🤝 Goal 4: Stay close to our customers
- Understand how Replay Vision is (and could be) applied in the wild
- Learn what users need from the Session Replay UI
❤️ Goal 5: Show Session Replay some love
- Rework the UI to make it less overwhelming
- Remove the V1 trigger in posthog-js v2
- Fill in any gaps in the Session Replay MCP
